Cancellations by the Customer:
You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the scheduled travel date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the start of the service may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the nature of the booking. -
Cancellations by Maria Travel:
In rare cases where we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. -
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
